Q 3 - What's the difference between a Web Page & a Web Site ?
A 3 - A Web Page is a 1 page advertisement. A Web Site has numerous page links taking the viewer to different pages on your advertisement.

Q 5 - What is "Maintenance Included" & "Maintenance Not Included" ?
A 5 - Maintenance Included means that once a week Web-Sites Unlimited will check all the pages on your web site to make sure that cyber activity hasn't un-aligned, moved or distorted anything on your site. If your site has been "cybered", Web-Sites Unlimited makes all repairs for free. "Maintenance Included" DOES NOT mean free updates. (See # 23)
Maintenance Not Included means that if any pages on your web site has had cyber activity (un-aligned sections or item movement or any distortion on your site, there is a fee of $ 50.00 per hour to make the repairs.

Q 6 - Is Maintenance Included on Flash Sites ?
A 6 - Yes. Maintenance IS Included on ALL Flash Web Sites.

Q 7 - How long does it take for changes or updates to be completed ?
A 7 - Updates can be done within 1 - 3 hourss. On Flash sites, updates or changes can take up to 3 - 5 days, depending on workload.

Q 8 - What is the difference between Flash Templates & Custom Flash Sites ?
A 8 - Custom Flash sites can be built any way you'd like it to be built.
Flash Templates are pre-built sites that allows Web-Sites Unlimited to ONLY change the existing background or background color, font styles & colors, photos & links. Flash Templates are "What You See Is What You Get" packages.

A 11 - If you already have a Domain Name, Web Sites Unlimited will build your web page or web site & have the Domain name pointed to the "main page file" on Tripod.com. (Domain Forwarding)

Q 12 - What is the cost to have my web page or web site hosted ?
A 12 - If you already have a Domain Name there is a 1 time set up fee of $ 10.00 & a monthly fee of $ 4.95 per month.
If you do not have a Domain Name then there is a 1 time set up fee of $ 15.00 & a monthly fee of $ 8.95 per month.
Set up & monthly fees are separate & not included in the package prices. Those fees will be billed directly to your credit card by Tripod.com

A 13 - Yes, Web-Sites Unlimited does "Milestone Packages" for Weddings, Sweet 16's, Anniversaries, Engagements & more.

Q 14 - Can background music, hit counters, guest books or submission order forms be added to my web page or web site ?
A 14 - Anything can be ordered at anytime.

Q 15 - What if my credit card expires while I am still in contract & my monthly hosting fee has to be paid ?
A 15 - If your credit card expires there is a $ 25.00 fee per submission to re-submit your new credit card information to tripod.com

Q 16 - Web-Sites Unlimited has packages ranging from 1 year to 5 years. What if I want a package longer then that ?
A 16 - If you want a package longer that 5 years there are 2 ways to do it. You can either get a 5 year package & then renew your contract for additional years when your contract expires or you can add $ 500.00 per additional year to extend your package for longer than 5 years.

Q 17 - What if I no longer want Web-Sites Unlimited to control my web page or web site when my contract expires ?
A 17 - If you choose not to renew your contract with Web-Sites Unlimited, your web page or web site will be removed from the internet. All codes will be stored for 30 days after the expiration date & can be purchased for your own use & up-keep.

Q 18 - How can I renew my contract when it's almost expired ?
A 18 - 30 days before your expiration date you will be sent a notice informing you that your contract is about to expire. Renewal payment is due 2 weeks before the actual expiration date. A renewal contract will be sent or brought to you for signing & you will continue internet advertising.

Q 19 - What is an E-Commerce web site & does Web Sites Unlimited build them as well ?
A 19 - E-Commerce is a shopping web site built with shopping cart & ordering accessibility and yes, Web-Sites Unlimited does build E-Commerce sites.

Q 20 - What if I want to start maintaining the web page or web site myself ?
A 20 - If you are in contract with Web-Sites Unlimited, user name, password & codes are not accessible. However, you can buy Web-Sites Unlimited out of the contract for 50% of the package cost or buy the coding information for the same cost of a renewal.
EXAMPLE: If you have a 2 year contract, when your contract expires you can buy the codes for the renewal price of a 2 year contract.
(NOTE) If you want to buy Web-Sites Unlimited out of your contract while on a payment plan, it would cost 50% of the package cost plus the balance due on the payment plan.

Q 21 - If I see a web page or web site that I like, can I make my web page or web site to look like it ?
A 21 - Because of copyright laws, web pages &/or web sites cannot be copied identically, however, as long as it is not copied exact, it can be similar by making 2 noticable changes.
EXAMPLE: Links moved to another part of the page, different background or background colors, different font style, adding "you are visitor #" to a plain hit counter, etc.

Q 22 - Can I put background music on my web page or web site ?
A 22 - Yes. If the background music you want is accessible from the internet then it is considered public access & can be used.
